The opticien their is fabulous. My father is 93 hard of hearing and weak. She took the time to have him move from is wheelchair, communicated slowly so he would understand and was very patient in getting all the test results needed for the prescription. I was impressed by the quality of service given at this optometry shop. I highly recommend them.
Unfortunately this clinic is more interested in generating revenue than truly assisting it’s clients.
This place is the best. I find other places do not help you with your problems like this place does. They take the time to listen to you and your needs. They don't rush you like other eye exam. Waiting times are not usually long.
Doctors are great however trying to charge me 800 to replace my lens due to an upgrade without giving me any options was an obvious issue and then my very expensive frames broke and they said they were out of warranty and upon checking they were right only by less than 3 weeks and did not offer any alternative to help with the issue is a bit frustrating. Feels like it is more of a money grab than working to keep clients. Sadly I will have to look elsewhere for my eyecare from now on.
