After years on waiting lists, I arrived as an emergency today, in pain and very anxious. A difficult extraction, but I was treated with understanding and respect, and the lovely dentist managed to do what 2 previous dentists had failed to do. Very grateful to the team. Edit: humiliated by staff. Impossible to talk to on the phone as they just don't answer. No care. No compassion. Poor organisation. Poorer communication. I'll be trying to find another dentist. Enough is enough.
I attended today for an app i had tooth ache . Had an xray and the young kid could not read it . Had 3 people watching over him . Must of needed a chaperone . My dentist had left . Given me a new dentist that cant do the job . Been left with toothache for 6 months . Avoid the place . Nikhil reddy gottam . I saw . He was awful .
