Worst experience of my life, currently pregnant and always paid private dental care as never found a dentist taking on nhs patients anymore. but since being pregnant you are entitled to free nhs care, so I found this dentist that was taking on NHS patients. and decided to change over. So I had over 40min wait and it 30 degrees out and the building was like an ocean, no air con, fans nothing was feeling really faint due to being heavily pregnant. If someone could please tell me how to speak to someone on reception I would be very grateful. My daughter was unwell and unable to attend appointment.... If no one ever answers phone and you can't leave message, how are you supposed to inform them?? I have been calling since repeatedly but no luck and no response to email either. I'm assuming my daughter will be de registered for non-attendance but this is grossly unfair as we had no way of letting them know.
