Took my Tahoe for an alignment and the guy told me that my lower control arm broke, that the ball joint fell out of it because it was so bad. My brother hauled it back to our house, jacked it up and checked it out, come to find out the guy just took it apart, pressed the ball joint out of the control arm, and proceeded to tell us it was broken so he couldn't do the alignment and for us to "be careful on the way home".
