I work at an auto Dealership, but I've used this place for my personal vehicles for a few years now.
Took my Tahoe for an alignment and the guy told me that my lower control arm broke, that the ball joint fell out of it because it was so bad. My brother hauled it back to our house, jacked it up and checked it out, come to find out the guy just took it apart, pressed the ball joint out of the control arm, and proceeded to tell us it was broken so he couldn't do the alignment and for us to "be careful on the way home". My Gf and I took our 1999 chevy tahoe to get just a wheel alignment so we go in and the guy on front desk kept asking me if I needed anything else other than a damn alignment like 5 different times and I said no finally he tells us to go in waiting room to wait so we did not even 15 min later technician takes me to look at sum first it was about just some minor rust I wasn't worried about and I told him I have a parts tahoe to fix it then he shows me that my drivers side lower ball joint somehow magically falls out and ik th... read more
