The tires have been wonderful, however the customer service leaves little to be desired! I am a female and it appears to me that the majority of the people with whom I've had contact at glotfeltys assume that my place is in the kitchen or caring for children as opposed to fixing what is wrong with my vehicle. I was talked to as I am ignorant and when I asked for the services I thought were necessary(tires balanced)close to the end of the day, they put my truck up on jacks and told me I needed new tie rod ends. We found the best deal on new tires here and they got us right in and out the door. I'll come back to Glotfelty the next time I need tires.
They are reasonably priced and had a fast turnaround time. The problem that I had was that items came up missing out of my car. I also had neon lights installed under my car and they were broken in the process of getting my tires replaced. I have found out that since then the person has been let go. Knowing this, I may use their services again.
the best service i've ever received ... great prices , quality parts , quick service .... i've bought a set of tires for my stock trailer & my pick-up so far & i am going back to get a set for our crossover suv in the next week or so ....

I'm a do-it-your self type mechanic, and for those services outside my skill set, I start with Glotfelty's or a garage they have recommended. I am very please with the service here. I had pre-trip inspection done here before my trip to Atlanta GA, and the mechanic notice excessive play in both front bearings. Since, my vehicle was under warranty with dealer, I it took in for repair. This could have turned into a very bad road trip had he not discovered this. I took my car to have an alignment and told them there was a noise in the front end. They said struts and springs needed replaced. They replaced the rear springs and struts but apparently didn't check the front - because next day front end noise was still there. Took the car back. Took them 2.5 hours before the would look at it (after I paid over $1000.00 two days prior). They told me my front struts were bad. Horrible service. Took car in for gas smell, they decided to patch a high pressure plastic fuel line on top of the fuel pump....2 weeks later smell and leak was back. got a fuel pump and fuel filter and asked them to re-fix the problem, and use the fuel pump if needed.......then they tried to double bill us...then when i pushed back saying they chose how to fix it the first time, the guy got all pissy and just threw us the keys, i told him we would pay for the fuel filter installation, but he was a prick and replied with a s... read more
