Well, I sadly cannot attest to how they do their nails, but they wasted what I feel was a significant amount of my time, so I’m not very happy and will not be returning. Why offer appointments if you do not honour the appt time???? I waited over twenty minutes and just left. I had no idea how much longer I’d have to wait, and like most ppl, I have a life. I had an appointment and still had to wait an hour. 50 minutes to do manicure because they were moving between clients because they were so over booked. Mesk pure manicure that took all day and was over priced.
