If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid $22 for a basic manicure. Minimal was done. I could have done it all at home. The man was rude. And accused me of being too broke to afford more. They did end up giving my money back in the end because the owner was there. But still not impressed.
I can't speak of the quality of their work. I took the hint and left. From the moment I entered the door I felt completely unwelcome. The lady behind the desk looked up to see me and asked "What do you want?" in it rather gruff tone. I replied that I had an appointment. She looked in her computer and could not find it despite it was confirmed. I was abruptly ushered to the back and told to "sit there". Nails came out great and the manicure itself looks really nice. However, the service felt a bit uncomfortable. I declined upgrading from a regular manicure to gel, and partway through the appointment the technician asked me to pay before she finished and asked if I had cash for a tip. The quality of the work was good, but the interaction made the overall experience feel a little off-putting.
First time here, and Eva was great! Walked me through pricing and steps to make sure I was satisfied. Love how they came out and will be coming back!!
Found my new forever pedicure place some of the best ones I’ve gotten. Shop is well designed and very clean! 5- stars all over. Staff is always friendly as well
