Charged for over two hours of diagnosis time on a simple issue (rinse aid won't prime), and the suggested solution was to replace parts that had *just* been replaced. When I asked if they'd guarantee this would solve the problem (which seemed unlikely) or if I'd be responsible for further billing if it didn't work, they declined to come back and simply billed me $323 for the "diagnosis". Never again. Update: Another company came in and fixed it in under 10 minutes with no new parts. It was a simple adjustment.
