My Doctor at the practice is Dr Phill I followed him from his previous surgery great bloke always looking after my best interests, he has the best bed side manner more of a friend who happens to be my doctor. The rest of the staff a great ringing to remind me of my scheduled medication
I most certainly am on your system LOL! 5 days multiple calls and visits to get a referral. Then stuffed around with another referral. Patients should come first not dollars. I left without getting what I need and went to north richmond instead.
