This place has gone down hill, its almost like dr Bernie does one thing at a time and requests you to come back again and again just go claim the Medicare for each appointment rather then help the the patients.
My Doctor at the practice is Dr Phill I followed him from his previous surgery great bloke always looking after my best interests, he has the best bed side manner more of a friend who happens to be my doctor. The rest of the staff a great ringing to remind me of my scheduled medication
I most certainly am on your system LOL! 5 days multiple calls and visits to get a referral. Then stuffed around with another referral. Patients should come first not dollars. I left without getting what I need and went to north richmond instead.
