I was told that i get free charm with $40 and more of purchase. Which i did. I walk up to one of associate there and she was like this is only for balm. I felt so mistreated.
I have so much appreciation for Lynn. She was very sweet and above and beyond. She talked about the products very well, she was helpful and her service was top notch! Going there was a whole experience, not only because the place itself is iconic but because my interactions with the girls there (specifically Lynn) was very wholesome. Could tell they’re a girls girl ;) But anyway, a great place to visit in Seattle!
Other than the horrible Capitol Hill parking situation, this place is great! My first time. It’s very Clean. The employees are friendly and helpful! The Service is quick and streamlined! I love the products especially skin care kit treatments! It’s not harsh on my skin! And of course,I will be back to try more of their products!
