This place was a rip off!!!!
I 100% do not recommend getting any detail jobs done at Gloss-Tek in Fenton. They advertised a $99 back to school special which actually cost $125. I spent $125 to get my vehicle cleaned. As excited as I am to have a clean vehicle, I’m not so excited to have the repair costs that came with it. When pressure washing my engine bay, they did not thoroughly cover up the things that shouldn’t be power washed causing my coil pack to be ruined and my car to misfire ($60 repair). Not impressed with the detaling of my 2018 ram 1500 never even touched my tail gate found sticks and leaves in the tail gate. dirt and rocks still in my weather seals all around the truck door jams and bottoms of doors where black, as was my sun roof, it looked like it was done quick and no Attention to detail sad to say for $450 for a full detail and ceramic coating was not worth it to me because I had to clean my own truck when I got home from a detail shop.
I have taken two vehical’s here so far and both came back looking like new. The last time our vehical’s were this clean they came off the assembly line.
Had their mobile detailing service this past week for two of my vehicles and both jobs were amazing. The tech took his time and did an amazing job. My only complaint is he did miss a cup holder in a vehicle that is sort of hidden so it's not his fault. Overall very happy with the work and will be using them again in the future.
