I didn’t have a great experience last night. I really got the feeling the stylist didn’t care and rushed through to get it done mechanically. At one point, the stylist just brushed my face with a round very stiff bristle blowout brush. My husband had created the appointment and spoken with the stylist beforehand, letting her know that I’m a disabled person of size and have been treated poorly in some salons previously. I can't comment on the salon itself or many of the stylists. I won't post anything about my stylist because she was truly a kind and thoughtful person. However, to the owner: I would recommend your stylists be entirely transparent about their limits. I made an appointment to get my curly hair cut by someone that was experienced in curls. The stylist assured me that she was but appeared a bit nervous while cutting my hair which should have been my clue to exit. I came to get my first haircut and heard many salon horror stories so I was scared but been wanting to get my hair cut for years. It came out exactly how I wanted and the lady who did it (Becca I believe her name was) was so kind and gentle on my hair. The place was cute and the prices were great. Lovely staff and would come again
