Kenzie was great! She accommodated me with an appointment in a timely manner. She listened to me and took time when I arrived to discuss past issues, along with current hopes/expectations. She went above and beyond to get other opinions and information on color formulas, to make sure she could get me as close to what I wanted as she could. She took her time, focusing on every detail, and didn't rush. The result was beautiful!

I didn’t have a great experience last night. I really got the feeling the stylist didn’t care and rushed through to get it done mechanically. At one point, the stylist just brushed my face with a round very stiff bristle blowout brush. My husband had created the appointment and spoken with the stylist beforehand, letting her know that I’m a disabled person of size and have been treated poorly in some salons previously.
