I got a facial done today 6/11 for the first time ever and I absolutely loved my experience! Gabby was super sweet and super nice and took such great care of my skin! I highly recommend her and this place!
Just wanted to say in the past I have had bad luck at salons. A coworker told me about this place. WOW the best service and hair color I have ever had in my life. Randi and Jackie are like crazy good together.
I love GLOSS RVA Spa. I have all my services done here. The technicians I have worked with and still work with have been outstanding! (Tonya Ashburn, Tiffany and Gabby) I cannot say enough about my facial appointments with Gabby. What a relaxing and Zen experience. My skin looks and feels better with each appointment.
