I came here for the first time last week for a mani/pedi for my birthday. My manicure nail tech cut my cuticle so deeply that it bled and all she did was stick a tiny piece of cotton on it and walk away. That same fingers is now infected!!!

I decided to give Gloss a second chance after a few issues during my first visit, and I’m so glad I did. They really went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and make things right. That said, I do think your experience can vary depending on the technician, so I’d recommend checking reviews and requesting someone specific when booking. I wouldn't go back 😕 Staff was very friendly, which is the only reason I’m giving a couple of stars. I visited the salon yesterday for a gel manicure and, looking back, I wish I had spoken up during the service. After buffing my nails, the technician didn’t remove the dust before applying the base coat. She also trimmed my cuticles after applying the gel and top coat, which felt out of order. I made an appointment for Gel-X and a regular pedicure, but when I arrived I changed it to a regular gel manicure with cat eye. Before starting, I specifically asked for pricing because I had heard mixed reviews about unexpected charges. I was quoted $60 for the manicure ($45 gel + $15 cat eye) and $35 for the pedicure.
