The staff was so disrespectful towards me
I recently tried calling to book an appointment. And there was no response. I was willing to give this salon another chance after my poor experience a while back, strictly due to the convenient location. The Gloss Nail Lounge's neglect of customers (which seems to be an apparent issue among other reviews) reminded me of the stores unprofessionalism.
