I recently tried calling to book an appointment. And there was no response. I was willing to give this salon another chance after my poor experience a while back, strictly due to the convenient location. The Gloss Nail Lounge's neglect of customers (which seems to be an apparent issue among other reviews) reminded me of the stores unprofessionalism. This is the best nail spa in Brisbane. Very professional, clean, premium nail products and well trained staff. I have had manicures with nail art and pedicures. Only downside is it is so good that it is often hard to get an appointment. Highly recommend if you want a quality treatment that you can’t get in a shopping centre salon.
