I love GLOSS; Merlis is the best nail tech in Miami! I was looking for a non-toxic, chemical-free nail salon and am SO happy to have found Gloss. It is clean, smells neutral (no harsh chemical smells or excessive perfumes). There is wonderful attention to detail from the coffee/water they offer you when you arrive to the way each mani and pedi station is maintained. Tools come from sealed pouches sanitized between use.
