Got my nails done here and came for a fill. Staff does not engage or make conversation . When I had to come back because one of my nails came off, it was glued to my actual finger. I had to come in and get the nail that was hanging by skin to be cut off by one of the staff. They barely spoke to me they just talked about me in Vietnamese. Went for a mani-pedi and hugely disappointed with their service. Pedicure was good but manicure was extremely rushed and not even properly cleaned- I’ve added paraffin for both the services, the girl cut my nails-no buff-no drill- put lotion on my hands and took me out of the pedicure chair to put paraffin on my hands, more shockingly I’m pretty sure she forgot the hot towel and just dumped it on my paraffin hands and went away to attend another customer’s pedicure. The atmosphere here is wonderful and my first time I was so happy with how it turned out. Been back 4 other times and unfortunately they are not lasting me near what they should.. I can go to other places and last 4 or more weeks.. these I've gotten 2 weeks. Really not impressed... I've lost three so far with all the rest lifting.. update all but one have come off now.. very disappointed and I have an event this week 🙃
I used to really enjoy coming here, the massage service is excellent and relaxing. Unfortunately, the hygiene standards are not up to par. I developed a nail fungus after a visit, and it’s been taking months to treat. It was disappointing to see that tools weren’t properly sterilized and disposable items weren’t consistently used, which is easy to notice if you pay attention. As much as I appreciated their massage skills, I won’t be returning due to these health concerns.
I happy am very happy with the service at Gloss and Blink Nails Solon ! Great service! Everyone is very friendly ,professional and helpful! Great atmosphere! Very happy with pedicures and manicure!
