Absolutely amazing! Maggie is a true artist—she nails the look every time, and makes my hair look and feel incredible. Not only is she incredibly talented with cut, color, and styling, but she also takes the time to really listen to what I want and offers expert advice to make sure the end result is even better than I imagined. The salon is warm and welcoming. All the stylist are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable. Highly recommend!
Wow! Maggie was absolutely incredible to work with! My daughter’s hair was previously fried with poor quality color treatment. Maggie was a magician and brought this baby’s hair back to life! It is a pleasure to recommend Maggie and the Gloss Bar for hair color corrections! She exceeded our expectations!
Customer service is lacking to say the least. I booked an appointment online since you can’t call or get anyone on the phone. Someone email me 2 days before my appt to ask if I could move time which I could not since I worked that day but need my hair done for a special event on Sunday. They ignored the rest of my emails until finally responding the day before my appt telling me they had no availability when the online booking stated that time was open. I was the MOTG and schedule for my Mom and myself to have our hair and make up done for my son's wedding in June 2025. We scheduled our appointment for 12:00 noon and the contact (Ann) knew that we needed to leave by 2:00/2:30 for a 4:30 wedding an hour away. I even asked in an email if that was enough time.
