Haircut she gave me looks good but literally nothing what I asked for, cut off 6 inches from the back when I said 2 or less. I said I liked the length in the back and it’s all gone not even to my shoulders. Looks good just not what I asked for

I booked a blowout a couple of weeks in advance and chose a specific stylist because of her great reviews, so it was disappointing to arrive and be told she was out of town without any prior notice. I would’ve appreciated being informed ahead of time so I could adjust my plans or expectations. I love this salon, I only come for haircuts, I have thick long hair and I always love how it looks after. They are very attentive
