작년엔 않그랬는데 요즘은 아이가 갑자지 아파서 유치원 못가는 바람에 방문하려고 문여는 시간부터 전화계속하면 11,12번 전화 쭉 안받다가 막판에 전화 받아서 자리없다고만 하시는게 불친절하네요
Absolutely appalling they were late in organising my father's medical records and when we had to redo it and ask to send the medical records to my father's email. The lady on the phone was'nt listening just saying what she wanted to say. Only repeating that theu were busy and evenually hang up on us in a very one sided end. And refused to accept the calls after we tried to call straight after. This was monday 16th of march 2026. I will take this to medical ombudsman australia. What if it was a medical emergency?
