Staff don’t have manners to talk to clients .Lawyer don’t know how to do paper work uneducated lawyer in NEWYORK never come on time at appointment very illiterate and dumb lawyer .The idiot guy over there ask only one question to all clients (KOI MASLA HAI ?)
THIS PLEACE IS THE WORST REALTY OFFICE IN QUEENS DEPITE THE GOOD STARS. I am living next door to a home that this realty office has purchased and redone too top to bottom. When they where completer with the build I asked numerous amount of times to the property owner which is the realty company at this time to please clean up their lot . I have asked the selling agent every Sunday on an open house and he would call and text the owner .and I have called the owner name DROR myself Who basically told me to go F myself . Horrible. Run 10000 feet. Sunil Singh and his team. I am sure all those five star reviews were paid reviews or his relatives.
Sunil Singh is made with 1000% lies. Don’t trust him or do business with him. Stay away from this broker, all he wants your money. I am Indian myself, but he is the worst of Indian. If you are a buyer he will make sure you your deal doesn’t go through. He wants extra cash on the side from buyer. Please do your self a favor and do do business with him.
