My wife and I are in town for a wedding, traveling from Fort Worth. I heard about this hike and we just had to go. The hike in was easy; about a mile in. I didn’t know what to expect, since comments mention that’s its best after a rain. And it hasn’t rained since we’ve been in town. Wonderful hike to a very beautiful waterfall which flows through the rock. We hiked it mid-day on a Monday and had the place to ourselves. It is a little steep along the trail but not too bad. The trail is easy to follow but it is not entirely clear, when you reach the top of the waterfall, how to get to the base, however with a little exploring and carefully picking around the rocks, we made it without trouble.
