Just avoid! You’re better off not even having a bike then going to these folks for anything. Do your research on other shops that have a track record of good communication with customers.

I ordered a part and paid Glory Cycles. They gave no indication that they didn't actually have the part they sold me, but 5 days after taking my money they informed me that they were happy to help me "source the item" and that they had put in a "purchase order" for me with their vendor. They informed me that it would be late February at the soonest. This should, of course, been disclosed at the point of sale. Very bad expVery bad experience dealing with Clive. On June 24, I agreed to pay for a wheelset that was back ordered and was given a shipping date of 11 July. Numerous inquiry made but could not get a straight answer. Shipping dates keep on getting moved. August 3, and still no updates. His response was becoming spotty at best. Finally. Bought a groupset and immediately cancelled the order a day or two later (groupset was on major back order, hence the cancellation). They had already charged my CC - seems that most companies will only charge when the item ships. Cool, no problem, order cancelled. 5-7 days to get my $$ back on my CC. Seems okay. Two weeks go by and have to call back to make sure they remember to credit my CC. My nephew warned me about this, he had heard similar stories about Glory Cycles. Through Amazon, I ordered an Elite Suito bike trainer for $837 on Feb 11 and my credit card was charged by Glory Cycles the next day. On Feb 20, after not having received the trainer or any communication from Glory Cycles, I emailed them to check on the status. They responded on Feb 23, apologizing that the trainer was out of stock and asking me if I wanted to apply the $837 to another purchase. +1 to commentary on Glory Cycles taking money for mail orders, and not delivering product or informing customer. I ordered a cycling computer in early December, the website communicating a 3-4 week delivery. It is now Feb, and after reaching out to Glory Cycles (my last communication from them the day after my order confirming charges) they informed me that I should consider waiting longer, as my order is part of a backorder from October (2 months before I ordered). I would not do business with this company.

Poor build. Worse customer service. I bought a Hakka Mx from these guys and there was a list of problems: - Bottom Bracket cup (left) was stripped from the original install - Missing stem bolt washer (scratched stem) - Headset Bearing upside down from original install (did not seal and rusted out) - Frame was blemished I asked about sending replacements and Clive would not make it right. UPDATE to my last review! My bike travel bag arrived when Andy said it would, despite what FedEx's tracking information said. I tried to delete the negative review but I haven't figured out how. Thanks for the honest customer service, Glory Cycles!

Ordered a bike travel bag. Received both a confirmation email followed by an "in progress" email the next day. 6 days later got notice that my item was out of stock. Changed to an inferior product with a clear message that I needed this product for travel by 11/4. I was assured that I have the product on 11/1 or 11/2. Today, received an email that my bag will arrive by end of day 11/5. What's the point?
