Made an appointment and when I call to say I'm on my way told me she was busy and that I didn't have an appointment. Very unprofessional and I had to go elsewhere. Didn't even apologize!

I don’t trust anyone else to do my small knotless braids. She does such an amazing job and it always gets me tons of compliments. It also lasts about 2-3 months(with proper care of course). I highly recommend!

I made an appointment days before for and she confirmed. On the day of the appointment she asks me to come at 2 thirty minutes before the appointment at 10. Then at 2pm she said she’s still not there and then doesn’t respond to me when I ask what time will she come. Very unprofessional, rude and I DO NOT recommend coming to this salon. She clearly does not respect or care about customer service.
