The techs were absolutely amazing!! Especially Eric who was very professional and did an excellent job on my carpets and cleaning my rugs. He made them look new again after years of neglect!!! I’m very impressed with his diligence and found him to be very knowledgeable, an absolute sage in the rug cleaning field. He was a pleasure to work with and to be reasonable in pricing was a bonus!!!
