I had a great experience here in November!!! I really enjoy the great customer service and hair education my stylist gave me. Shout to to the hair stylist named Tshinguta Musungay.
Great atmosphere, neat and clean salon. Only reason didnt give 5 stars because service took longer than expected.( came in at 2pm and left close to 6pm) things happen ... I only came for loc maintenance ( which I wasn't informed until arrival that I needed to bring the hair to make some of the locs thicker) which is totally fine. The staff is very well educated when it comes to hair and how to maintain healthy hair. Especially janay I think her name was ( the head stylist) . It’s a bit too expensive.
Today was my, I think 5th time coming here. I FINALLY took the big step and cut my hair. My hair was severely uneven for YEARS and I even tried taking scissors to my own head 🤦♀️ Normally I get a trim/dusting but today I told my stylist Arlena that I was READY! Now I know it doesn’t look like a “big chop” but it was a big chop for me! It’s been a LONG time since Ive had my hair this short.
