Great atmosphere, neat and clean salon. Only reason didnt give 5 stars because service took longer than expected.( came in at 2pm and left close to 6pm) things happen ... I only came for loc maintenance ( which I wasn't informed until arrival that I needed to bring the hair to make some of the locs thicker) which is totally fine. It’s a bit too expensive.
Today was my, I think 5th time coming here. I FINALLY took the big step and cut my hair. My hair was severely uneven for YEARS and I even tried taking scissors to my own head 🤦♀️ Normally I get a trim/dusting but today I told my stylist Arlena that I was READY! Now I know it doesn’t look like a “big chop” but it was a big chop for me! It’s been a LONG time since Ive had my hair this short. *Update on a previous post made on this company’s other salon location Google page - Glorious Crown Hair Salon.* Within 12 hours of me posting a negative review which can be viewed on the Glorious Crown Hair Salon Google page, someone claiming to be the owner called me to explain and “apologize” for the situation, while also continuing to make excuses.
