I would give a negative star rating if I could. This salon literally stole my money. I paid over $200 for a deposit for a cut and color, which was supposed to be 50% of the total cost. Over the next few days, I got calls from the salon increasing the amount multiple times, going as high as over $600. I was cutting my hair down to less than an inch before coloring it, so paying over $600 was absolutely ridiculous. Way too much to type. Thanks goodness I had the wherewithal to maintain records of communications related to the service I asked and paid for versus what they decided to do without telling me. Bottom line: paid for interlocked microloc extensions. Not what I received. The lack of accountability is astounding.
