On March 13, 2026my appointment was at 4:00-4;30pm. The stylist did not greet me, another stylist advised she was in the back and she proceeded to put the towel on, water jacket on and she sat me in the wash(hair) area. Still no stylist at 4;44pm on that day. The stylist said she doesn't know why she has not come out, she is in the back. I left the salon. Phenomenal experience with Sherrel. First time here and she has a loyal customer! She was super kind,,knowledgeable, personable, and gave my hair extra love and attention! The shop was super clean, had a great ambiance, and the staff was super friendly. As much I want to keep her availability open for myself I do highly recommend her lol!

My 12 year old daughter has been coming here for well over a year now, maybe 2! They treat her so well and her hair always looks great! I am so appreciative as I had become overwhelmed with caring for my daughter's beautiful curls and now we know she’s in good hands. She loves her natural hair now! Thank you!
