I would recommend Dr Caldera to anyone that values being listened to and treated as an individual. She made me feel like she wasn't in a rush and cared to consider my concerns. I am so happy I chose to see her specifically for my care!
First the office staff were friendly, efficient and a short wait time. Once in a room assistant/nurse Lisa Ross was most helpful answering questions and explaining an upcoming procedure and told me to call her if I had any more questions. Dr. Glorimar Caldera is awesome, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Overall great experience
She did my colonoscopy. I didn't meet her until I was in surgery. After the procedure she came to me and told me,with my friend that drove me,that she found no polyps or anything other problems. I went into MyChart that night and saw where she had done a biopsy of a polyp. So she lied to me. As a former nurse,this is beyond unprofessional! Then she complained it was a poor prep and I needed another scope in 3m with a better prep. This was not my first colonoscopy. Unfortunately the first doctor had retired.
