Gloria’s Specialty Cakes might be a little hard to spot since the bakery doesn’t have a big sign, but it’s definitely worth finding. We’re not from Harlingen, but we took a chance and ordered a tres leches cake for my husband’s birthday—and wow, it was perfect.
