Gloria’s was conceived by Gloria and Jose Fuentes and born out of the traditions of El Salvador. Very sleek modern Tex-Mex with a few Salvadoran items. Extensive bar program and tequilas. The prickly pear margaritas are velvety smooth and not overly sweet.
We had a bad experience years ago at the Gloria's off 380 and Hardin and decided maybe it's time to give them one more try... That was a mistake. Our server, ERIKA, took at least 10 minutes to take our drink order and she walked by us more than once before doing so. She was rude and insulting, and not a nice person at all. One of the best Mexican foods that one can find. The beef steak fajita is awesome!
Elly was super attentive and made our experience extra grand! Personable, checked on us frequently, and was just the kindest server! Give this girl a raise! Will be back because of her!
