Gloria’s was conceived by Gloria and Jose Fuentes and born out of the traditions of El Salvador. Inspired Latin additions and award-winning margaritas have provided diversity, skirting the line between tradition and innovation for more than 38 years.

If there was a 4.5 star for food, thats what I would have given it. The steak we ordered was perfect. The Mexican Civeche was put together or composed and presented beautifully but alas there was absolutely no Leche-de-tigre and you know they had to throw it out after the seafood was done curing; sad. Also there were only 5 small plantain chips to accompany a healthy portion of the Ceviche which was disappointing. Now, it tasted great but the lack of the Leche-de-tigre was truly disappointing.
