I went in for a darker gloss/glaze on my naturally dark hair, and within a few weeks the color faded into a very brassy/orange tone that looks nothing like what I asked for. I specifically wanted a richer darker color, not warm orange undertones. I’m really disappointed because my hair was healthy and a good color beforehand, and now I’m stuck trying to correct the brassiness. I also feel like the color process and expectations weren’t explained properly to me at all. For the price I paid, I expected much better results.
