Dr. Von Geldern has to be the most kind, compassionate and warm doctor, not to mention knowledgeable, neurologist on the planet. If I moved to Alaska, I would find a way to still see her. I have thrived under her care.
Dr. von Geldern is a spectacular doctor. I've never had a bad experience at the UW MS Center at all, which is full of patient and caring people who are very good at what they do. But Dr. von Geldern is not just skilled, she is kind and humble and she listens. These traits are increasingly rare, and I cannot think of a higher compliment for her than to say that she is exactly the kind of person that the medical field should be producing.
