I have been coming to this office for 9 years now. My heart was so sad when Dr Hernandez had to leave for family I now see Michelle Sedora. But my reason for this review today is because of the new front desk lady Miss Karina!! She is one of THE most pleasant happy person you will come across in a doctors office… heck anywhere!! She is welcoming and calming yet whitty all in one! She is the best hire ever!!!! I’d give 10 stars if this would allow it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I accompanied my wife for her first appointment with Dr. Vilchez. What a caring and compassionate man. He was thorough, did not rush, spent plenty of time explaining his diagnosis of her test results and his recommendations and why. We both came away from her appointment thoroughly impressed. I met Dr. Vilchez yesterday morning, and am truly impressed! He is very kind, empathetic, and genuine. He gave me his undivided attention and did not rush. He was easy to talk to, and has a delightful sense of humor. He loves his work. I was fearful coming into this appointment because my bloodwork indicated abnormal results. Meeting with him gave me peace of mind, and that he (we) could fix what was wrong (by following his recommendations). My last appt w APRN Sidor was so productive as usual. She makes me feel cared for, important and comfortable. Ms Karina Santiago is an asset to the office. She is very professional, knowledgeable and really cares for the patients. Things have changed fo the better since my last visit. Well done!!!

Second follow up - The new offcice manager (Jesse sp?) is very difficult to contact (he told me a couple of months ago to contact him if needed). I complained about an unsolicited text message for an imaging service we did not approve, and he sees no problem with them contacting us. I told him it is a privacy invasion concern and he laughed. I believe they are getting paid by the company that solicited us, but I could be wrong. It seems to be at best bad patient treatment, and at worst, a HIPPA violaton to conact an exte... read more
