I came in as a walk-in for a test, so I expected there might be a wait. However, waiting 2.5 hours was completely unacceptable. I became extremely frustrated and was ready to leave and go to urgent care. Thankfully, Dr. Eagle stepped in, took the time to speak with me, apologized for the mishap, and made sure I was taken care of within five minutes. Drausty Patel is an amazing provider! Highly highly recommend her as a PCP! She is extremely knowledgeable, listens to me, and is thorough. I always leave feeling like I got the right medical care and treatment from. I never have to worry about time. She is also quick and effective.
Did NOT do my wellness exam as a 1st time patient. Refused to respect my no medications wanted. Argued with me about statins... yes they ARE dangerous. Booked imaging appointments I told him l did not want. Posted false examination results on my patient portal. Posted false medications taken on my portal. Even wrote "ambulated with a cane". OMG. Patel his assistant is however a competent medical practitioner. I would give her a good rating. Him No.
I have been with Dr Eagle for over 25 years. I would like to express my deepest gratitude for his support, insight on how to improve patients health. I have recommended him to many of our friends who are just as satisfied. Wonderful bedside manners, listens to all your problems and goes out of his way to help me whenever he can Dr Eagle’s staff are very helpful , kind and considerate. He has been a fabulous doctor for our family
