Dr Cleveland was so nice, caring and efficient! She fitted me with a hearing aid and definitely helped my hearing. I highly recommend her!
I had gone to Dr. Fell who is next door to Dr. Cleveland. When I expressed a concern about my hearing, he referred me to Dr. Cleveland who was able to work me in for a analysis of my hearing. She confirmed my concerns and recommended a high quality product to help. She wasn't pushy to try to sell me something and answered all my questions. She really listened to me.
Kept forgetting to check me in and then I did not get seen for over 3 hours.
