Speak Spanish when you call. I tried to call to make an appointment and ask about prices, but the person who answered the phone did not speak English and either didn't have anyone who spoke English there or wouldn't hand the phone to someone who did. When I asked if she spoke english she said No, thank you (in English) and hung up the phone.
Everyone here was so super nice and ...I always look and feel like a mess when I go to a salon but these ladies were so nice and such a comfortable environment...and I love my haircut.
