No one has cut my hair better than Diana!
The hairdresser genuinely did not ask me what I wanted done with my hair and started cutting off a majority of it immediately, making me scared to interrupt her process in case she stopped halfway through and it ended up looking very worse. Went for a trim, came out losing 85% of my hair. I've had bad haircuts before, but I don't think I've ever had a hairdresser ignore me the entire process and not even inquire what I wanted done.
