I had my mom call this veterinarian because I was very upset and worried about my cat. I had already made a couple other calls to other places. They were at least kind enough on the phone but couldn’t get her in. I understand that vets are busy and not many are taking on new patients. Which is kind of crazy but anyway my cat had a terrible problem the night before we called on Monday morning. It's difficult to write a review about a Vet clinic, simply because if I go there, I'm probably stressed about something. However, the staff at Glooscap is always helpful and outgoing. There is rarely much of a wait past the provided appointment time. Allison was more than happy to help me out when I requested medication options that they don't normally carry. I've had other vets who have refused to do that, insisting I buy what they carry in stock.
