Dawn is THE best! I recently starting getting eczema on my face (due to an existing health condition), and right before I went in to see her for my Botox appointment, my face got red/flush (from the flare up). Not only did Dawn use a product other than alcohol to prep my face (to avoid burning), she gave me a sample of calming cream to try, as well as a face mask to try tonight and did not charge me anything for them!
