Experienced rude customer service from this company. Called them for a price quote and received a call from Christopher. I gave him the information for the location and he did not follow up with me with a price quote. Followed up with him on several occassions and received no response. Called the main office to advise he was not responding to me and he called a few minutes after that. Very professional. High quality service. They may be the only place in Dutchess County and neighboring areas making, repairing and installing real neon signs.
7 years ago we opened The Village Frame Shop in Marketplace plaza in Poughkeepsie with a beautiful freshly minted sign for our business from Gloede Neon Signs. Recently a light went out. Service was great with Todd facilitating a solution and going out of his way to assist us. The team at GNS are adept and courteous and excellent communicators.
