Jacie got me in and out as quick as possible and answered all my questions and concerns. 10/10. Special Thanks to Christina Riggs in Ironton for sending me her way!
The passenger side interior door handle had came loose with less than 20,000 on my Corolla and wouldn’t fix it under warranty because there was body work done on the back of the car. Made absolutely no sense, will not be back.
The technician was very responsive, professional and patient. He sought counsel from another technician to collaborate on the issue. Reassured us and also discussed warranty.
