UPDATE: what happened after the sale has prompted me change my review to two stars. After a month I had to contact the dealership because we still weren't issued a plate like we were told would come in the mail. The title department girl said her co-worker was "in the middle" of processing it. Okay?? "Alisha" later returned my call on 7/24 and said she'd overnight all the paperwork to the State of MI.
