My family and I have given glockner many chances to work on our vehicles mostly so they can fix what they got wrong the first or second try. Bottom line they are greedy and will lie to you. Most reviews on here are 5 star but the reviewer only has one review ever. There reviews are mostly fake. Stay away frome Glockner of Ironton.
If you want ripped off this is the place to go. I had a miss fire in my Suburban, they told me for $150 they would tell me what was wrong with it. After a few hours, they came out and told me that they guessed it was my camshaft and lifters. I told them I didn't bring it to them for a guess, but so they could tell me what was wrong with it. So they took off the valve cover and measured the rocker arm clearance. They then told me after that, that it was my camshaft and lifters. I payed and left.
