Horrible service. I placed an order a month ago-initially I received a shipping notice, then another claiming that my order wasn't able to be shipped to my location with the method selected. I have sent numerous emails, only to receive some auto-reply, and they will not answer the phone. Stay well away from this company. My card was charged and no product-they have literally stolen from me.
These guys are awesome. I needed new sights installed on my Glock 19 and wanted to upgrade the recoil spring assembly. I came in and was blown way by the quality of the service, friendliness and their customer service. The cool guy who installed the sights waived the sight installing fee for me because I bought "something from them". How cool is that?! Check them out if you live locally. If not, you should definitely check out their site. I'm sold. I will come to them for any "Glock" needs form now on.
