I usually don't like to leave a bad review but here it goes. I called this company because they seemed to have top notch aluminum gates and was dealing with a rep named "Logan." At first he seem very friendly and helpful. I then placed an order for a 4x6 side gate kit (their HD verison) on feb 27, 2026. I wrote the final check for the gate install January 9th 2026. March 2nd the welding failed. The automatic opening device is laying on the ground. Yes less than 2 months. And for context my wife works from home and I am retired so we might use the gate once a day if at all. I called that Monday morning. They said someone would be here to fix it tomorrow.
