False advertising, bait and switch. I made an order, paid extra for 3 day FedEx delivery by Saturday. They shipped via USPS and I won't get my order until the following Monday. I called to question the shipping method and was basically told "to bad so sad" I requested a shipping cost refund and was told NO. I will never use the company again and hope no one else will.
Terrible customer service. I tried to contact them through the website twice. "Viktoriaa" would come on the chat and then ghost me. Very bizzare.
