Their furniture is great and we have bought a lot from them and their stock is top quality and beautiful. I want to note that any emails before payment about payment were promptly replied to. Since the main delivery , the 4 emails sent requesting information on travertine treatment and estimated delivery of the remaining item have all been ignored. Five stars if not for this. Pity.

I recently bought Globewest furniture for my new showroom at Alexandria Sydney. The drawer on the desk wouldn't open properly from the first day it was installed. i sent an aftersales service request along with a video to globewest claims depatment at 28th of May . I did get a response within 1 hour saying they will have someone attend to this for me . I have been chasing them up today (24th June) to ask what has been happening .
