I furnished an entire home with globe west spending over $40,000 2 items were faulty which they replaced, 14 months later the desk which was more than $5000 and had already been replaced breaks again!!! I have emailed letting them know, to be told "too bad it's out of its warranty." The team I am dealing with has taken more than 2 weeks to even respond. Incompetent and unprofessional. Shop elsewhere Furniture might look nice but it is made cheap and there is zero customer service.

Shopping at Globe West is always a lovely experience. The service is wonderful and always very helpful, the products are beautiful and well made. I love all of my Globe West products and my clients are always happy with theirs.
