If you're looking for a travel agency that will leave you stranded in a foreign city after a delayed flight, look no further. This team failed to book my hotel under the correct name, ignored their "24/7" support line, and then asked for codes they never sent. I ended up having to sleep in a random location with someone I didn't know because they couldn't perform the basic task of securing a room. A total disaster. 0/10.
I think I had a similar experience with a lady, at this agency, over the phone, as 2 others who did reviews. I would not say she was rude but rather short when she decided she couldn't help me. This, like other travel agencies, the customer does a lot of the work, because we know what we want and need, and they bring the fees.
