Friend bought new trailer at RV show 2024 with small fiberglass issue been waiting for service to call back with update about pickup communication has been horrible with them still no answers. Not a happy camper.
All around great time purchasing our rv with Globetrotter. The entire team was fantastic but a special thanks to Jeff, who was thorough and intelligent, with a no B.S attitude to making sure we got what we wanted without making us feel pressured or rushed. Couldn't be happier with their service!
I find these guys excellent, and I recommend them highly. I had a leak in a tank in my RV, and they said they could repair it or replace the tank. A new tank would require some weeks for delivery, so they offered to repair the leak at their shop, take the RV back to my trailer park so I can enjoy the season right away, and replace the tank at season's end. We have dealt with Globetrotter RV for many years. The service department is second to none! All of the staff is friendly and helpful. Kevin has helped me with his expertise and knowledge and advise many times. Last year just before a camping trip our slide quite working and he stayed late to finish the job and get us going. Support a great local business that will help you with great advise you won’t get from Amazon!
