In 2022 we were on the hunt for a travel trailer and found the floor plan we liked at Globetrotter. Bev went out of her way to meet us at the dealership to show us the trailer we wanted to see along with a few other floorpans in similar size trailers. Was trying to see a couple trailers but kept pushing me off and promising me to let me see them when they come and then they reached out to me tell it was sold even before I got told it came in wasted about a month of my time. When I explained this to them I got on ignored. Lost a costumer for life. Really disappointed seeing how many people loved this place
The only thing that was better then picking up our new 2026 Cherokee Grey Wolf trailer was the exceptional customer service we received from the wonderful staff. Top Notch!!
