Don’t not use this company they are a complete joke had goods delivered and not taking responsibility for being damaged and blaming others and won’t give a proper answers just keep dodge and tell us to deal with it
Do not use! Literally use anyone else, they refuse to respond to any communication & are severely incompetent. They are over priced rip off merchants , probably due to their subpar service they jack up all prices when they do happen to land a shipment. They never sent an outturn for my goods to advise they were available to collect. Then after zero correspondence, even after contacting them to enquire about goods they finally contact me 2-3 weeks later they advise this is in storage & we need to pay. Absolutely incompetent, zero customer service. Cost me a fortune in storage fees due to no communication and follow up. Wont let me do zero stars but thats about all they're worth. avoid using at all cost!!
