Very thankful that I was referred to GlobeCore for TMS treatment. Over the years, I’ve tried various options and started believing that I was beyond help. Eden (my technician) assured me to trust the process and stay the course. She’s very friendly and engaging, so you don’t feel alone during your journey. By the end of my sessions, I went from “skeptic” to “believer”. Well worth the time and effort - I encourage anyone on the fence to give it a shot.
I am a veteran who called about signing up as new patient. The foreign indian sounding lady kept yelling at me with annoyance because i couldnt hear her and she said it was because i kept asking her to repeat herself. I got tired of her yelling at me like that and I told her ill go elsewhere to find a provider for my mental health as im not ok with how this is starting off already. so sorry mrs taylor i couldnt work through my issues with you but i tried. i have a whole list i will try someone else and some place else.
