I have called this business for 2 weeks straight just to get a message saying voicemail is full for two whole weeks which an alternate number is given on vm message so today i decided to use it. Mrs Jane Dorrier was amazing in setting up our trip to Niagara Falls. My Mother had wanted to go there all her life and Mrs Dorrier was able to set up a special anniversary trip for us. She had a chocolate cake sent to my mom's room and chocolate covered strawberries every day we were there. Also on the return trip Mrs Dorrier was able to change my parents flight so they wouldn't be in Florida for a hurricane that was on its way there. We have been using Globe Travel for a number of years after I realized that I was far better off having someone in my corner that knew the ins and outs of traveling. The biggest AhAh moment was when it was suggested that we consider a Park and Fly hotel the day prior to our trip taking all the stress of getting to the airport early enough and needing a parking space.
